I joined the Green Party because I believe politics should be rooted in community.
I’ve spent years working in grassroots spaces, building disability-led projects, advocating for assistance dog users, supporting working-class dog owners, and creating inclusive community events.
What drew me to the Greens was the emphasis on local action, social justice, and doing politics differently.
I didn’t want top-down decisions. I wanted people-powered change.
